Services

The duration of each counselling session is 50 minutes. The number of sessions required depends upon individual needs and the issues being addressed. Although it is recommended that clients attend a minimum of six sessions to benefit from the process, each client’s needs are unique and respected. The first counselling session is normally an informative session, with time for exploring the goals for therapy, questions, confidentiality, fees, appointment and cancellation policies. Read More …
